Introducing Our New Partner... Dr. Kirsten McWilliams!

We have some exciting news here at The Hearing Solution! We have a brand new partner: Dr. Kirsten McWilliams. 

Kirsten is a Doctor of Audiology and was recently elected to The Hearing Solution’s Board of Directors. She’s been an outstanding employee here at The Hearing Solution for the last two years, and we’re delighted to have her on board as a partner.

Kirsten grew up surrounded by the field of Audiology. Her mother was a very successful private practice owner in Redding, California. Many of Kirsten’s earliest memories are of her mom’s audiologist practice.

"My mom opened her own private practice in 1985. I was less than a week old when I first stepped foot in an audiologist's office."

Kirsten still has patients today that come in and tell her they remember her as a baby.

After graduating from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science, Kirsten worked alongside her mother as a hearing aid dispenser - which made her quickly realize that hearing healthcare was her life-long passion. 

Kirsten went on to study audiology and was even recognized as the top of her class in her doctoral program at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.

Kirsten has brought so much to The Hearing Solution in the past couple of years including a golden standard of care for her patients. She always works with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and empathy with each of her patients. She never stops smiling and is always enthusiastic about her work.

She has a strong work ethic and is completely dedicated to providing exemplary care to anybody who needs it. Kirsten works closely with her patients to make sure their hearing aids are programmed and fitted perfectly for their needs. She approaches hearing aid fittings as if they are a work of art and she really does provide a gold standard of care. 

Kirsten specializes in tinnitus management, cochlear implants, and the fitting of hearing aids. She loves what she does and strives to always give her patients the best care possible. With state-of-the-art technology, Kirsten always ensures that she can create optimal hearing for her patients. She’s always thrilled to apply her best-practice approaches to help you hear your best.
