Kirsten was wonderful to work with! Friendly, smiling, put me at ease.... I felt that she was totally focused on me and wanted the best possible outcome for me in dealing with my hearing difficulties. No pressure to buy the most expensive hearing aids, either, just good descriptions of each variety. She listened, she asked me questions, and I really enjoyed working with her. She did “in ear testing” and calibrating while I was wearing the hearing aids, which not every audiologist will take the time to do. It sounds like I’ll get thorough follow up after wearing them for a week or two also. I highly recommend The Hearing Solution.
